The Flooring Process

Our flooring process is designed for efficiency and quality. Here’s how it works :

Protection: We meticulously protect your home by covering everything with plastic to keep dust to a minimum—95% less dust!

Preparation: Our team uses professional-grade sanding machines (not DIY store equipment) to remove all old varnish and prepare the flooring.

Cleaning: After sanding, we thoroughly clean the floor to ensure a smooth finishing process.

Staining (if desired): If you choose to add stain, we’ll create four full-size samples directly on your floor, using colors of your choice. The stain typically dries in 9 to 12 hours, depending on the weather.

Finishing: For the final finish, you can select your desired shine—gloss, semi-gloss, or matte. We apply three layers of varnish, with each layer taking 1 to 2 hours to dry, again depending on the weather.
